North West Route to Net Zero represents unrivalled collaboration across the region. It brings together the North West of England’s Combined Authorities and Local Enterprise Partnerships behind a common goal … to lead the way on addressing the climate crisis.

The group first united in 2021 as the UK hosted COP26 – the global climate change summit. Supported by the Government and private sector sponsors, they showcased innovation and investment taking place across the North West to create a leading green economy.

They’ve since continued to collaborate, hosting follow-up events, discussions, green career fairs, and establishing a North West Net Zero Youth Network to help young people shape the policy debate.

The North West Net Zero Hub supports this ongoing collaboration.

We would like to thank our supporters who participated in the regional collaboration during the COP26 Domestic Campaign and who have supported the creation of this website.

If you are a corporate organisation that would like to support us to continue our work, please contact the North West Net Zero Hub.

North West Route to Net Zero was funded with the support of the Department of Energy Security and Net Zero.
